Does analytics work offline on the box?
Usage data is captured locally on the ASANKA box as learners interact with content no internet needed. The data syncs to your cloud dashboard the next time the box connects. You can view full analytics from the cloud dashboard once synced.
Can I see progress for individual learners?
Yes. The learner progress view gives you per-person breakdowns completion rates, time on task, subjects engaged with, and activity history. You can drill down from a group view to a single learner in one click.
How current is the data in the dashboard?
Data is as current as the last sync. When the box connects to the internet, all accumulated usage data uploads to the cloud dashboard automatically. For boxes with regular connectivity, this means near real-time data.
Can I export reports for stakeholders?
Yes. Any analytics view can be exported as a CSV for data analysis or as a formatted PDF for sharing with school boards, parents, or funders. You can also schedule automated reports to be emailed on a recurring basis.
What happens to analytics data if the box is reset or replaced?
All usage data that has already synced to the cloud is retained in your account regardless of what happens to the physical box. Data that hasn't yet synced (captured offline) would be lost if the box is wiped before syncing.
