We automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, operating system details, pages accessed, session duration, and interaction events (such as lessons started or completed).
1.3 Student Data
Where the Platform is used in an educational institution, student usage data progress records, assessment scores, and content interactions may be collected on behalf of the institution. TECHAiDE acts as data processor; the institution is the data controller.
1.4 Communications
If you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and message content.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Process account registrations and manage your profile
- Generate learning analytics and progress reports
- Respond to your requests, questions, and support enquiries
