Do I get a cloud account automatically when I buy the box?
Yes. Every ASANKA box purchase includes a cloud account at cloud.myasanka.com. Your account is activated during device setup and gives you full access to the content manager, store, box control panel, and analytics all included, no extra cost.
What types of content can I upload to my cloud account?
You can upload PDFs, videos, audio files, EPUB eBooks, SCORM packages, H5P interactive content, images, and presentation files. Uploaded content is stored in your cloud library and can be pushed to the box at any time.
How does content sync from the cloud to the box?
When your ASANKA box has internet connectivity, it automatically pulls any pending content from your cloud account. You can also trigger a manual sync or schedule syncs from the dashboard. Once downloaded, all content is available offline indefinitely.
Can I buy publisher content and add it alongside my own uploads?

Does my content expire or get removed from the box?
Your own uploaded content stays on the box until you remove it. Publisher content is available as long as your license is active. If a license expires, the content is removed from the box at the next sync.
Is my content private? Can ASANKA access what I upload?
Your uploaded content is private to your account. ASANKA does not access, index, or share your content. Publisher content is licensed to your account only. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
