The Box subscription is designed for schools. Here's what you need to qualify.
Minimum 200 students
The ASANKA Box subscription is designed for schools with at least 200 enrolled students to ensure cost-effectiveness for the institution.
At least 1 computer lab or device fleet
Your school needs a functioning space where learner devices can connect to the ASANKA box over local WiFi.
A designated admin or teacher
One person to manage the cloud account upload content, configure the box, and monitor usage. No IT background required.

What is a 'term' in ASANKA's pricing?
A term is a standard school term of approximately 3 months. The GH₵ 20/student/term price works out to roughly GH₵ 7 per student per month one of the most affordable digital learning subscriptions available.
Is the ASANKA Box device included in the subscription?
Yes. The GH₵ 20/student/term subscription includes the ASANKA Box device, setup and configuration, cloud account access, ongoing content updates, and technical support everything bundled into one per-student fee.
Can we start with the Tablet and upgrade to the Box later?
Yes. Many institutions start with individual Tablets and later upgrade to the Box subscription for group learning. Contact our team and we'll help you transition smoothly.
What does the cloud account include?
The cloud account (cloud.myasanka.com) lets you upload your own content, browse and purchase from the publisher store, manage what's on the box, monitor usage analytics, and control device settings all from your browser.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The Box subscription covers the device, setup, training, and ongoing support. Content from the publisher store is priced separately you only pay for what you choose to buy.
Do students need internet access to use ASANKA?
No. Once content is synced from the cloud to your ASANKA box, learners access everything entirely offline over local WiFi. Internet is only needed when the admin syncs new content to the box and even that is just occasional, not continuous.
